  Very bad customer/warranty service, bought two trailers from Ridgemar constantly keep cracking in the back end. One got pretty bad since the driver kept on driving to finish his shift even after noticing it crack again( bad part on the driver). Anyway, arranged with Ridgemar to fix it, once there had a walk around the trailer with one of the top guys showed him everything. He offered to fix it under warranty and said they had issues with their trailers cracking and that they had improved that area. I leave and next day different guy calls me and says there is no warranty, makes up a bunch of lies what all happened to the trailer. Finally agreed to fix it for 500$. Once done he gives me a call that the bill is 1200$ and to bring cash or certified cheque (knowing he screwed me over) or else he wasn't releasing the trailer. Warning!! Be carefully with them or best just stay away from that company. We are a growing company and have since bought 4 trailers from load line , they are much better to deal with.
